As part of the role you will:
- Contribute to, and actively drive an environment of great customer service, both in store and online
- Have full operational control of your store, from stock control to merchandising and everything in between
- Drive performance through structured KPIs
- Receive on-the-job training and development, support from all departments, and access to an online learning structure
- Recruit, train and develop your team to their maximum potential and bring fresh ideas to the business
