About the Role
The Woodland Trust is seeking a Supporter Journey Manager to lead the development and optimisation of supporter journeys in preparation for the launch of our new CRM system, Dynamics 365. You will ensure supporter journeys are evidence-based, adopting a test and learn approach to inspire and convert supporters into committed advocates. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to identify gaps in audience insight and developing actionable plans to address them. You will lead a small team, providing direction and support, and manage a delivery programme of journey improvements across the Trust to ensure all journeys complement each other effectively. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to build understanding and alignment with the programme, aiming to improve marketing consent across all supporters. This is a 6-month fixed term contract with a hybrid working pattern, combining home working with occasional office visits.

About Us
The Woodland Trust is the UK's leading woodland conservation charity dedicated to creating a world where trees and woods thrive for both people and nature. Our mission is to engage and inspire individuals to tackle the nature and climate crisis through the protection, restoration, and creation of essential woodland habitats.

Joining our team means contributing to vital environmental and climate action. We offer excellent support and training opportunities alongside benefits including enhanced employer pension, life assurance, flexible and hybrid working options, generous annual leave (25 days plus bank holidays, pro rata for part time), buy and sell annual leave, enhanced parental pay, and an employee assistance programme.

Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
We are committed to reflecting the diversity of society and the communities we serve. We particularly encourage applications from people of colour and disabled people, who are currently under-represented in the environment and conservation sector. We welcome discussions about any additional support or adjustments needed to complete your application.
