About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Sustainability & Corporate Affairs Manager to join our Sustainability & Corporate Affairs Team at Carnival Corporation. This unique role involves planning, managing, and integrating our sustainability communication and corporate affairs external engagement agenda. You will highlight our credentials and impact across economic, social, and environmental themes in a cohesive manner.

Key accountabilities include:
- Shaping the development and communication of our sustainability story at both corporate and brand levels to engage key stakeholders, educate, raise awareness, and build trust.
- Managing and enhancing our network of strategic relationships and partnerships with central and local government, industry, and destination stakeholders.
- Overseeing the development and delivery of sustainability and corporate affairs engagement plans, calendars, and steering committees, tracking actions and progress against KPIs.
- Approving advocacy materials such as briefing packs, stakeholder maps, and position papers.
- Collaborating closely with external delivery partners to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

This role reports to both the VP Sustainability and the VP Corporate Affairs and is classified as CUK07 within our internal role categories, offering clear development opportunities. We offer flexible working arrangements to support a healthy balance of remote and office-based work in our fantastic Southampton office.

Requirements

Experience
- Strong project management and delivery experience in fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience in planning and executing external engagement campaigns.
- Proven ability to own and manage stakeholder relationships and outcomes.
