About the Role
Join the Müller Internship Program and gain 13 months of hands-on experience in Sustainability and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) within a leading dairy manufacturer. Starting July 2027, you will play a key role in supporting the Group Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability (GHSES) function by identifying and implementing improvements that align with Müller’s strategic goals. This placement offers the opportunity to develop innovation, analytical, and communication skills while making a tangible impact across the business.

Your responsibilities will include conducting research and data analysis to support sustainability projects, producing reports and dashboards, contributing to compliance and annual sustainability reporting, and tracking retailer and competitor sustainability targets. You will also assist in managing HSE software systems and collaborate on group projects aligned with Müller’s sustainability objectives.

This role provides professional development opportunities including accredited Safety and Environmental qualifications, preparing you for a future career in health, safety, and sustainability.

Experience
Confident students with enthusiasm, drive, and IT awareness. Practical experience or genuine interest in sustainability is highly valued.

Qualifications
On track to achieve a 2:1 degree or above. Accredited Safety and Environmental qualifications will be gained during the programme.
