About the Role

This varied role involves working with teams across the organisation and external partners to turn sustainability ambitions into practical action. You will provide expert advice, lead improvement projects, monitor environmental performance and help embed sustainable ways of working. You will lead the development and delivery of the organisation’s Green Plan and sustainability programme, provide specialist advice on sustainability, environmental management and net zero initiatives, analyse environmental data and produce reports to support informed decision-making. Additionally, you will work with stakeholders to deliver carbon reduction, energy efficiency and waste improvement projects, and manage and support sustainability team members while promoting a positive learning culture.
