About the Role
Join JoJo Maman Bébé as a Sustainability Manager and play a key role in delivering and evolving our sustainability strategy. Reporting to the Head of Quality, Technical and Compliance, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives across supply chain data, product sustainability, regulatory compliance, packaging, circular design, and external reporting. This varied role includes managing sustainability projects, supporting climate targets, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, and fostering engagement across the business.
Your daily responsibilities will include shaping and supporting our sustainability roadmap, managing sustainable material certifications (Better Cotton, FSC, GRS, GOTS), collaborating with Design and Buying teams to enhance circularity, and ensuring all green claims are robust and evidence-based. You will also support compliance with PPWR, EPR, and Digital Product Passport regulations, lead B Corp reporting and audits, and maintain accurate external reporting methodologies.
As a key sustainability ambassador, you will engage colleagues across Buying, Design, Technical, Marketing, Finance, and Learning & Development to ensure alignment and understanding of sustainability goals. You will prepare updates for senior leadership and represent JoJo in industry initiatives and working groups. Additionally, you will oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting cycles, while continuously improving systems and processes to support sustainability efforts.

Experience
Proven experience in a sustainability, compliance, or quality role, ideally within a fashion retailer, sustainability consultancy, NGO, or B Corp environment. Demonstrated track record managing ESG, compliance, or sustainability agendas.
Knowledge of product legislation such as ESPR, DPP, PPWR, and supply chain compliance frameworks.
