About the Role
Join us as a Sustainability Manager to support the implementation of key sustainability priorities by translating strategy into action and helping deliver the business area's sustainability goals as part of its wider business plan. You will gather, analyse and communicate information and data on the bank’s sustainability outcomes. Partnering with internal subject matter experts and external specialists, you will gather insights, measure sustainability progress, embed a sustainability focus, and deliver meaningful changes.
In this 13-month role, you will act as a trusted advisor across the bank, using your expertise to embed sustainability into business strategy and help internal stakeholders respond to evolving sustainability and disclosure requirements. Your responsibilities will include supporting the annual reporting process, responding to sustainability benchmarks, managing the content of our sustainability web pages, and monitoring the bank’s commitments to external sustainability initiatives.
You will create and implement engagement plans, working closely with all key stakeholders, act as a key contact for all sustainability-related matters, and present ideas and developments across the sustainability agenda to stakeholders throughout the business area and the bank. Additionally, you will support the broader bank's research, insight, and engagement with specialist stakeholders across the sustainability agenda.
Experience

About you
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and effectively articulate the sustainability agenda and strategy. Strong networking and influencing skills, especially with senior leaders. A proactive and collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
