About the Role
Computacenter is seeking a Sustainability Reporting Manager to join its Group Sustainability team. You will coordinate the annual sustainability reporting cycle across UK and EU regimes, applying a unified process to disclosures under the UK Annual Report and Accounts, TCFD, emerging UK SDR, and CSRD. Acting as the operational lead for the reporting programme, you will work closely with the Sustainable Development Director and collaborate with Finance, Risk, Legal, Corporate Communications, and Internal Audit. This hands-on role requires strong stakeholder management and programme delivery skills.

Your responsibilities will include running the annual reporting timetable end to end, supporting framework-specific subprocesses such as climate change scenario analysis, CSRD double materiality, EU Taxonomy assessment, and UK SDR claims substantiation. You will maintain the reporting RACI, confirm reporting scope and boundary each cycle, translate material topics into disclosure workstreams, and aggregate quantitative data points for consolidated disclosures.

You will track sustainability targets and performance, ensure disclosures accurately reflect current positions with clear explanations of variances, and maintain a working understanding of policies underpinning each material topic. Working with Corporate Communications, you will support drafting sustainability sections of the Annual Report and Accounts and framework-specific statements. Additionally, you will coordinate technical and assurance reviews, manage version control, assemble assurance packs, support auditor requests, steward sign-off from management and the Board, and capture lessons learned to improve future cycles.

Experience
Proven experience managing end-to-end sustainability reporting cycles, delivering disclosures on time and free of material error. Strong stakeholder management and programme delivery skills. Experience coordinating assurance processes and working with cross-functional teams including Finance, Risk, Legal, and Communications.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or experience in sustainability reporting, ESG frameworks, or related fields preferred. Knowledge of UK and EU sustainability disclosure regimes including TCFD, CSRD, UK SDR, and EU Taxonomy is highly desirable.
