About the Role
This role is open to internal candidates only. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising an operational team to deliver high-quality amenity horticultural operations across the London Borough of Barnet. You will ensure that service delivery aligns with the Council’s policies and service specifications. Your leadership will involve motivating and supporting your team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance and training, and resolving issues to maintain high performance. Effective communication with management and team members is essential. The role requires a full UK manual driving licence and extensive knowledge and experience of horticultural tasks.
