About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Waste and Recycling Operative to join a progressive Waste and Recycling Management Service at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. You will be part of a modernising team providing waste management services to support the Trust’s regulatory obligations. The service operates between 07:00 and 21:00, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Waste Management Team aims to provide excellent support to the Trust, its patients, visitors, and staff. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to waste management, be a dedicated team player, and show a willingness to ensure an excellent service is provided all year round. Training will be provided as necessary, and the successful applicant will be required to either hold or work towards achieving an NVQ Level 2 in Waste Management or an equivalent qualification.

Experience
No specific experience is required, but an enthusiastic approach to waste management and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications
The successful applicant will be required to either hold or work towards achieving an NVQ Level 2 in Waste Management or an equivalent qualification. Training will be provided as necessary. Please note that proof of qualifications will be required as part of the pre-employment process. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as the Trust is unable to sponsor Skilled Worker Visas for this role.
