About the Role
Lindum Waste Recycling operates a skip hire and waste management service from our dedicated recycling centre in Saxilby. We are committed to reducing landfill waste, currently recycling 99% of all waste handled from our own construction activities and those of our clients. We have built a reputation for good value, excellent service, and a loyal customer base. We are seeking a hardworking, flexible, and reliable Yard Operative to join our team. The role involves yard duties including waste segregation on the picking line, baling shed, and metals sorting. Experience
Previous experience in waste management or yard operations is advantageous but not essential. A strong work ethic and reliability are key.

Qualifications
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to the location of the waste site.
