About the Role
Lindum Waste Recycling operates a skip hire and waste management service from our dedicated recycling centre in Saxilby. We are committed to reducing landfill waste, currently recycling 99% of all waste handled from our own construction activities and those of our clients. We have a strong reputation for good value, excellent service, and a loyal customer base. We are seeking a hardworking, flexible, and reliable Yard Operative to perform yard duties including waste segregation on the picking line, baling shed, and metals sorting. Due to the location of the site, a driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Experience
Previous experience in a yard operative or waste management role is advantageous but not essential. A willingness to learn and work hard is key.

About you
You must be hardworking, flexible, and reliable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work well within a team and follow health and safety procedures is essential. Due to the site location, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role, however, relevant training will be provided as part of the role.
