About the Role
Leading on the development and delivery of the Broads Authority’s recreational and waterways access objectives, this key role provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their project management and partnership working skills. You will oversee a range of projects aimed at enhancing recreation and navigation management within the Broads area, working closely with partners to achieve strategic objectives. This role offers the chance to contribute to the sustainable management of waterways and recreational facilities, ensuring they meet the needs of all users.
Experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in project delivery
- Experience in recreation management and/or navigation management
About you
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders
- Motivated to develop project management skills further
Qualifications
- A project management qualification is desirable but not essential
- If not already qualified, you will be supported to undertake PRINCE2 Project Management training or similar
