Location
Goole service centre - Goole, East Yorkshire, DN14 6XL. You will generally be located within 45 minutes of the site.
Hours
New Technician - 37 hours per week plus overtime available.
Salary
£36,500 - £48,500 depending on experience. We offer a graded reward package to suit new entrants through to the most experienced Wind Turbine Technicians.
About the Role

Become a Multi-Skilled Authorised Technician under EDFR Wind Turbine Safety Rules, working on one or more wind turbine variants. You will have the opportunity to become a High Voltage Single Feed Senior Authorised Person under EDFR E&M Safety Rules.
Responsibilities include undertaking major component replacements (gearbox, generator, transformer, etc.), complex fault finding and repair on electrical, hydraulic, and converter systems both remotely and onsite, and completing scheduled maintenance to high standards. You will complete internal and external technical and safety training to develop your skills and typically work in a two-person team environment.

Experience
Skilled engineer with strong electrical maintenance experience, particularly with three-phase systems or heavy plant electrical. Previous wind farm experience is beneficial but not essential as full multi-skilling training is provided.

Physically fit, safety-focused, and enthusiastic about hands-on work. Comfortable working at height (inside and outside turbines) and in exposed, remote locations. Passionate about green energy and committed to contributing to a sustainable future.
Qualifications
Full UK driving licence is required to travel to and from site. Other formal qualifications are not specified but relevant electrical and mechanical skills are essential.
