We are looking to recruit an Associate Director with an MEP background who can provide full cycle cost management services for end-to-end service delivery, managing large and complex commissions within the manufacturing and technology sector, including advanced manufacturing and data centres.
Your responsibilities will include conducting feasibility studies, business cases and writing procurement reports; applying value management techniques at project outset; managing estimating and cost planning activities including ownership and presentation of the final cost plan; overseeing the procurement process through all stages; managing post contract cost variances and change control processes; ensuring effective cost checking and valuation work; producing and presenting monthly post-contract cost reports to clients; attending and actively participating in meetings; value engineering and life cycle costing; negotiating and agreeing final accounts; acting as a key interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages; supporting marketing and business development within your sector; and providing line management and overseeing recruitment.
Experience
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, sustainability technology and modern methods of construction. Extensive experience within the manufacturing and technology sector, including advanced manufacturing projects or data centres. Proven track record of winning and delivering work for private and public sector property clients across multiple sectors. Good working knowledge of contracts, estimating, valuations, cost reporting and financial modelling.

Qualifications
