About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. The Project: Join our expanding Sizewell C (SZC) team and work on one of the most exciting and largest megaprojects in the UK, at the forefront of the UK’s climate change agenda and energy policy. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes, playing a key role in our energy future by supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years.

Key responsibilities include delivering project climate and social value strategies, agreeing outcomes and assuring team delivery, providing measurable and purpose-led sustainability outcomes, managing technical sustainability expertise and innovation, advising stakeholders on complex sustainability issues, supporting work winning through bids and client engagement, championing Mace leadership in climate sustainability, and developing inclusive teams delivering net zero.
