About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. You will be responsible for providing support throughout the project lifecycle, assessing resources and scope of work on projects to ensure sufficiency to meet project goals, and assigning resources to jobs. You will assure Information Requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, and EIR) as per ISO 19650, information standards, methods, procedures, and shared resources. Key responsibilities include developing dashboards to track resource allocation and identify workload imbalances, creating an object library strategy, and developing the client's digital handover strategy. You will maintain an understanding of ISO19650 and applicable client standards, implement governance and assurance processes, and improve client relationships to increase contract opportunities. Liaising with the Mace Programme Lead, you will ensure bid responses are compelling and aligned with client strategic goals, monitor digital handover to completion, and participate in industry events to stay current on BIM developments. Additional duties include raising job requisitions to recruit BIM team talent, researching compliance with new regulations and governance, reviewing bid responses for compliance and alignment with Mace Consult capabilities, managing Autodesk construction cloud accounts, reviewing BIM execution plans, and researching new technology solutions to improve BIM processes. You will also upskill client teams, Mace project managers, and design teams through BIM knowledge sharing sessions, work collaboratively towards net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.
