About the Role
Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Bulk Operative to provide high standards of external cleanliness across various sites in Southwest London. You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Brent, responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained. Your role will involve traveling to different sites to ensure bulk waste is removed and that sites are health and safety compliant as well as aesthetically pleasing. We seek someone who is reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. If you take pride in your work and enjoy maintaining clean, safe environments in a dynamic setting, we would love to hear from you.

Experience
Full UK Driving Licence required. Good level of fitness is necessary as heavy lifting is involved. The applicant must be over 21 years old for insurance purposes.

About you
Physically fit and able to work with heavy cleaning machinery. PA1 / PA6 qualifications and knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety legislation is desirable.
