About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our teams based in Kent. You will be responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces across housing sites including new builds, extra care sites, and sheltered accommodation. Your duties will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep to ensure our outdoor environments are safe, attractive, and well cared for. A full UK Driving Licence is essential as you will be required to travel between multiple sites and operate company vehicles. Experience
Experience in using gardening power tools and operating machinery such as mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers is required. Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and procedures is essential.
