About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces across numerous housing sites are well-maintained and presented. You will perform a variety of landscaping tasks including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and shrubs, weeding flower beds and pathways, and general upkeep such as clearing debris. You will operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

You will join the Soft FM team based in Tulse Hill, London, responsible for cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well cared for.

Experience
Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is essential.

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Good knowledge of horticultural practices including planting, pruning, and weed control.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and the public.

Qualifications
Valid full driving licence is essential.
Ability to safely operate and maintain groundskeeping machinery and hand tools.
