About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Bulk Operative to join our Soft FM team based in Brent, NW London. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of external cleanliness across various sites by ensuring bulk waste is removed promptly and sites remain health and safety compliant as well as visually appealing. This role involves traveling to different locations within North West London to carry out bulk waste collection and support caretaking and grounds maintenance services that help keep community assets well-maintained.

You will be expected to work reliably and flexibly, often independently, taking pride in maintaining clean and safe environments in a dynamic setting. Key duties include driving the company vehicle, performing daily maintenance checks, responsibly disposing of collected waste at designated sites, keeping accurate records of waste streams, and participating in cleaning or deep cleaning activities as required.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar bulk waste or cleaning operative role is desirable but not essential. A good level of fitness is required due to heavy lifting and physical tasks involved.

Qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence is essential (applicants must be over 21 years old for insurance purposes). PA1 / PA6 qualifications and knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety legislation are desirable but not mandatory.
