About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Casual Farm Assistant to join our team at Frances Bardsley Academy for Girls. In this role, you will take responsibility for the care, health, and maintenance of our farm animals during half-term breaks, working under the guidance of the Farm and Enrichment Leader. You will be based at a flourishing school for girls aged 11 to 18, known for its confident, courteous, and articulate students and an ethos of empowerment. The school offers a positive environment with dedicated and supportive colleagues striving for excellence. The role includes physical outdoor farm duties and requires a commitment to school health, safety, welfare, and safeguarding policies. Experience
A genuine love of animals and confidence handling species ranging from poultry to ponies.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
