Hours
Monday to Friday, starting between 5-6am and finishing up to 3/4pm. Occasional Saturday shifts from 6am to 1pm. Average 50 hours per week with opportunities for overtime.

Salary
Starting wage at £17 per hour, earning up to £44,200 per annum (based on a 50-hour week). Bonus potential of a minimum £6,500 per annum, based on performance and attendance.

About the Role
Here at the Mick George Group, we are recruiting a Class 2 Trade Waste Driver to join our team at the Cambridge site. Due to the re-opening of our trade waste business, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a career within a successful, forward-thinking company. As a Trade Waste Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and transporting trade waste from businesses across East Anglia. You will operate a modern fleet, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of waste to our transfer stations while maintaining excellent customer service. Full internal training will be provided to support you in your role. Experience
Previous trade waste driving experience is required.

About you
Reliable and safety-conscious with strong geographical knowledge of East Anglia. Able to perform vehicle checks and operate truck mechanisms safely. A team player who can support with ad-hoc duties as required and maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and customer service.
