Salary
£13.00 - £13.20 per hour (increasing to £13.45 - £13.65 per hour from 1st March 2026)
Additional pay: £2.00 per hour for bank holidays, £3.50 per hour for night shifts

About the Role
As a Cleaner at Lidl, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include thoroughly cleaning the store, trolley bays, car park, and outside areas to ensure a great first impression. You will confidently operate industrial cleaning machinery, maintain welfare areas including toilets and recycling sections, and carry out minor maintenance tasks as needed. Upholding hygiene, Health and Safety standards will be a key part of your role. Lidl values dedication and pride in work, and you will be supported with training to help you thrive in this role.

Experience
Experience in cleaning or maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
