About the Role
As a Shift Leader at Lidl, you will play a key role in running operations within one of our warehouses. Leading by example, you will open, run, and close shifts while training new starters and supporting your team throughout their shift. Your leadership will keep colleagues motivated and focused on excellent teamwork. You will line manage your team, support their development through coaching and training, and work closely with other Shift Leaders to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, you will assist your Department Manager with daily operations and personnel management, promote efficient working methods, and perform general warehouse duties such as moving stock, picking goods, and processing returns.
