About the Role
As a Commercial Contracts Lead at Pod Point, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing commercial contracts to ensure successful delivery and compliance. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive contract performance and support business growth. You will be responsible for contract negotiation, risk management, and maintaining excellent client relationships while ensuring all contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively.
Experience
Proven experience in commercial contract management or a related field is essential. Experience in negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts within a commercial environment is highly desirable.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and risk mitigation. Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in law, business, or contract management is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable knowledge of commercial contract law and best practices will be advantageous.
