About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer (Apps) at Pod Point, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and design of our mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible designs that meet user needs and business goals. This role requires a strong focus on user-centered design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to lead design initiatives from concept through to delivery. You will be responsible for driving design strategy, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring consistency across our app platforms.

Experience
Proven experience as a Product Designer, specifically with mobile applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design skills. Experience working in agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally.

About you
Creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. Passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences and solving complex design challenges. Able to mentor and inspire others while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
A degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
