Hinkley Point C is helping to secure the UK's low-carbon energy future, delivering reliable, affordable electricity to millions of homes for generations to come. As part of this nationally significant programme, you'll join a world-class team driving innovation, collaboration and excellence across every stage of delivery. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a project of unprecedented scale and complexity, while developing your career in an environment where your expertise, leadership and ambition can make a lasting impact.
As Construction Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery of major construction packages, ensuring safety, quality, programme and budget targets are met. You will make informed operational decisions on sequencing and work closely with the delivery team to develop robust short, mid, and long‑term plans that drive coordinated, efficient and successful project execution.

You will manage lookahead planning, provide technical guidance and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers and delivery teams. Ensuring ethical, compliant and financially responsible project delivery, you will contribute to long‑term business strategy. Additionally, you will develop teams, share best practice and provide technical guidance, fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
