Responsibilities include carbon modelling and assessments, developing Circular Economy strategies, preparing sustainability and technical reports, reviewing design options, advising project teams, and leading client meetings and workshops. You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, engineers, and wider project teams to integrate sustainability into development projects and may manage individual workstreams or projects depending on experience.

- Broader sustainability knowledge, particularly BREEAM and the planning process, is highly desirable
- Comfortable undertaking hands-on carbon modelling, reviewing design options, and producing technical reports
- Confident communicating with clients and working alongside multidisciplinary design teams
- Experience preparing sustainability reports or supporting planning applications
- Knowledge of NABERS, Passivhaus, or the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard is beneficial
- BREEAM Assessor/AP or relevant carbon assessment qualifications are advantageous
