We are currently recruiting Project Managers with experience in the Built Environment and Heritage sectors. In this role, you will plan, lead, and manage project teams to deliver integrated, sustainable, and effective solutions that meet project briefs. You will establish strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring clear goals, defined roles, and seamless integration of design, development, commissioning, and delivery processes.
Key responsibilities include determining project management and technical resource needs, end-to-end execution planning, reporting project performance using control tools, managing consultant teams and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for contract administration, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and driving design development aligned with project business cases.
This role requires proactive communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex projects within live operational environments while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Experience
- Proven experience in planning, leading, and managing project teams in highly regulated environments.
- Extensive knowledge of complex project delivery within live operational environments with multiple stakeholder interfaces.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver integrated and sustainable solutions that meet project briefs.
- Experience owning projects throughout the lifecycle from concept to handover and closeout.
- Strong background in contract administration, including NEC contracts, payments, claims, and third-party liaison.
- Knowledge of construction and property industries, including estimating, scheduling, procurement, financial controls, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management and/or construction-related disciplines.
- Demonstrable intermediate to advanced knowledge of project management principles and practices.
