About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the Soft Services grounds maintenance contracts across multiple sites. You will be responsible for managing outsourced grounds maintenance services, ensuring compliance with high standards, budget control, and tenant satisfaction. Joining the Soft FM team based in Lambeth, you will contribute to maintaining community assets through cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services.

Your role will include planning, scheduling, and supervising grounds maintenance operations such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting, weed control, and seasonal landscaping. You will manage teams of operatives, conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. A company van and fuel card will be provided to support travel requirements.

Experience
- Proven experience managing soft facilities services, including cleaning and grounds maintenance.
- Demonstrable track record in facilities management within a multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of horticultural practices, landscaping, arboriculture, and seasonal grounds maintenance cycles.
- Experience with budget management and full profit and loss accountability.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in facilities management.

Qualifications
