About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the Soft Services grounds maintenance contracts across multiple sites. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance with budget requirements, and maintaining excellent tenant satisfaction. Joining the Soft FM team, you will manage a variety of cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained.

Your role will include planning, scheduling, and supervising grounds maintenance operations such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting, weed control, and seasonal landscaping. You will manage teams of operatives, conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement. A company van and fuel card will be provided to support your travel requirements.

Experience
- Proven experience managing outsourced service contracts within facilities management, specifically grounds maintenance
- Strong track record in multi-site contract management and service quality assurance
- Experience with budget control and full profit and loss accountability
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards related to outdoor and environmental services

Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification or equivalent is advantageous
