About the Role
As an HGV Class 2 Driver at Veolia, you will play a vital role in delivering essential services to local communities. Your responsibilities will include driving to planned and ad-hoc collection locations to collect bags and bins, using a tablet to receive and manage jobs, and lifting or pulling items of various weights and sizes. You will complete daily vehicle checks according to the driver operator handbook, ensure all information is accurately input into the onboard system, and maintain up-to-date paperwork submitted daily. Compliance with all traffic laws and legislation, including security and weight of loads, is essential. You will also ensure the carriageway is left clean and any spillages are promptly cleared. Experience
Essential: Cat C (Class 2) licence, up-to-date driver CPC, Digi/Tachograph card
Desirable: RCV/Waste Industry experience, clean driving licence

Reliable and safety-conscious driver with a commitment to compliance and excellent customer service. Able to manage physical tasks including lifting and pulling items of various sizes and weights. Willingness to work bank holidays and flexible shifts as required.

Qualifications
Valid Cat C (Class 2) licence, current driver CPC qualification, and Digi/Tachograph card are mandatory for this role.
