About the Role
Veolia is seeking Security Check Cleared operatives to join our growing KDC Veolia team within the decommissioning sector. You will undertake a variety of tasks including demolition and structural work, specialist burning and cutting operations, material handling and waste management, and machine operation. This includes operating high-reach demolition machines fitted with shears and pulverisers, managing flame cutting and burning scrap metal using oxy-propane equipment, working at height during burning operations, sorting materials for recycling or disposal, removing hazardous and non-hazardous materials including asbestos under supervision, and operating excavators, telehandlers, skid steer equipment, and other machinery. You will also perform pre-start checks and routine inspections on all equipment.

Experience
Experience in general labouring, ADO (flame cutting/oxy propane use), asbestos removal, and plant/machine operation is required. Candidates must hold Security Clearance (SC).

Qualifications
Security Clearance (SC) is essential. Relevant certifications or training in demolition, asbestos handling, or plant operation are advantageous but not mandatory as ongoing training is provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
