Location
Central London, with additional locations in CT and ME available.

Hours
Structured working day with an average of 4 jobs per day and approximately 35 minutes travel time between appointments. Work is scheduled several weeks in advance to support work-life balance. On-call rota of approximately one week in five.

Salary
Base salary of £38,993 per annum with uncapped earning potential. On-call payment of £330 per on-call week. Industry-leading installation bonus of £25 per meter or £50 per dual installation after completing a minimum of four installations per day. London weighting allowance of £2,000 annually if living within the M25. Enhanced overtime rates for Sunday working.

About the Role
As a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer, you will represent Utilita in customers’ homes, installing smart meters safely and professionally across domestic properties. You will deliver a customer-first approach, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service. Experience
At least 12 months experience working as a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer.

Reliable and professional with a strong customer service focus. Able to work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Comfortable working in customers’ homes and adapting to a structured schedule with opportunities for additional work.

Qualifications
Smart Metering qualifications including CCN1 or CMA1 and MET1, or equivalent. Valid full UK driving licence required.
