About the Role
We are seeking experienced Ecological Consultants and Senior Ecological Consultants to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be directly involved in project management and delivery of a wide range of ecological projects, including baseline ecological surveys, report writing, and mitigation design for planning and biodiversity net gain assessments. Experience
- Proven experience in ecological consultancy
- Competency in UK Habitat Classification (UKHab) surveys and assessments
- Experience with Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessment using the Defra Metric
- Strong project management skills including workload and project delivery management
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required

Qualifications
A valid CSCS card and protected species survey licences are advantageous but not essential.
