Drive effective resource allocation across the Nature Services Business Unit. Monitor workload, utilisation and resource demand to ensure optimal deployment of talent. Support resource levelling across UK and India-based teams, balancing project requirements with employee development opportunities. Deliver resource optimisation initiatives that support business performance, client outcomes and people-focused decision making. Contribute to the ongoing development of resource management processes, tools and governance.

Strategic Workforce Planning
Develop a deep understanding of team capabilities, capacity and future skills requirements. Provide insight and recommendations on resource availability, capability gaps and succession planning opportunities. Support short, medium and long-term workforce planning activities. Help shape future capability strategies aligned with business growth ambitions.

Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with Project Managers, Project Directors, Operations Directors, Team Leads, HR, Recruitment, Finance and Learning & Development teams. Act as a trusted partner and advisor on workforce planning and resource-related decisions. Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and commercial insight. Facilitate discussions around project staffing, workforce planning and resource priorities.

Growth & Project Delivery
Support resource planning for bids, proposals and new business opportunities. Contribute to demand forecasting and workforce planning for future project wins. Assist in the mobilisation of major projects and programmes, ensuring resources are available when needed. Help create opportunities for employees to gain exposure to exciting and career-enhancing projects.

Requirements

Experience
Significant experience in resource management, workforce planning or project resourcing. Proven ability to partner with managers and senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges. About you
Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Confidence to influence and challenge constructively at all levels of the business. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to balance commercial priorities with a people-first approach.
