About the Role
As a welcoming presence on the factory floor, the EHS Advisor will provide essential Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) support, coaching, and guidance to help execute the cluster's manufacturing EHS strategy and standards. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring compliance with legal requirements while driving our ambition for zero accidents and zero environmental incidents. Key responsibilities include implementing the manufacturing EHS strategy and standards within the cluster, ensuring the internal audit program meets standards for achieving Green status, supporting and coaching factory teams in managing EHS processes, objectives, and performance indicators, providing EHS expertise for new projects and change management, maintaining the incident reporting system, assisting in investigations, and ensuring corrective actions are completed. You will also keep accurate EHS information for stakeholders to enhance EHS practices and act as deputy for the Cluster EHS Manager when needed.

Interview Process

Experience
Demonstrable knowledge of EHS delivery in a similar role. Experience with safety and/or environmental technical standards. Food industry experience is preferred but not essential.
Qualifications
NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent). Understanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with management systems methodology and tools.
