The EMEA Sustainability Regional Operations Analyst (P1) is the regional analytical backbone for the EMEA sustainability programme. Sitting within the Sustainability Operations Team (SOT), this execution-focused, data-driven, non-managerial role provides dedicated data analytics, quality assurance, and reporting support to the Regional Operations Lead and IFM Programme Lead. It replaces dependency on an underperforming global UDM team and frees senior team members from data work below their grade.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining the centralised EMEA SOT 2026 dashboard in QuickSight
- Designing semi-automated recurring reports with scheduled data refresh workflows
- Creating templated narrative frameworks aligned to client ESG compliance reporting
- Developing success metric calculation logic for carbon KPIs, water reduction, EPP targets, OTP%
- Mapping EMEA data pipelines and adapting dashboard frameworks for EMEA/APAC scope
- Conducting regional utility data quality assurance to reduce error rates from 30–40% to below 5%
- Auditing data sources, chasing submissions, troubleshooting gaps with FM/IFM teams
- Validating data against source systems to resolve discrepancies before governance reporting
- Applying ILFI formula for EUI benchmarking across 41 strategic EMEA sites
- Supporting site-level energy benchmarking and utility data oversight
- Processing HVAC/IAQ sensor data and quantifying energy savings across 8 EMEA sites
- Supporting carbon project pipeline data preparation and tracking
- Performing waste data analytics to support programme progress reporting
- Managing BPE data collection, automation, and EUI gap analysis
- Supporting corporate ESG compliance reporting and governance submissions
- Developing and enhancing systems and processes for best practice sustainability performance
Expected outcomes in the first 6 months include launching the EMEA SOT 2026 dashboard, reducing utility data error rates below 5%, operational semi-automated reporting workflows, completing EUI benchmarking, processing HVAC/IAQ data, and establishing a waste data analytics framework.
Join us to innovate with leading businesses, work on landmark projects, and develop a fulfilling career in sustainability within real estate.
