About the Role
SpartanX Solar is seeking motivated Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives to help expand our Pennsylvania market. No prior solar experience is required as full training is provided. In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce them to residential solar solutions, and generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities. You will learn to communicate the benefits of solar clearly and professionally while building your sales and communication skills through hands-on training. You will work alongside experienced sales leaders and consultants, gaining valuable mentorship and coaching. This position offers advancement opportunities into higher-level sales and leadership roles, with a flexible schedule and performance-based earning potential.

Experience
No solar experience required. Previous experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, athletics, construction, or other people-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
