About the Role
Join the exciting journey of one of the UK's largest nuclear projects at Sizewell C! At the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), you will play a pivotal role supporting the construction of Sizewell C, a transformative 3.2-gigawatt power station that will supply low-carbon electricity to around 6 million homes. As an Environment and Sustainability Reporting Manager within the ESG team, you will be instrumental in advancing sustainability and compliance standards across this ambitious project.

Your key responsibilities will include implementing ESG compliance strategies to ensure alignment with legal, company, and regulatory standards. You will drive continuous improvement by conducting internal audits and using data-driven insights to promote best practices and collaboration across the programme. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to boost ESG engagement, contribute to recognition and incentive schemes, and support the development of an ESG culture within the CWA. Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as collaborating with the ESG Leadership Team to deliver training and competence plans, will be essential to your success.

Experience
Proven experience in the Civils or Utilities industry within an ESG or Environmental/Sustainability compliance role. Experience implementing ISO 14001 and a solid understanding of the construction sector are essential.

A dedication to key competencies such as humility, positivity, respect, solidarity, and clarity is required. You should be proactive in driving continuous improvement and fostering an ESG culture.
