About the Role
Join the exciting journey of one of the UK's largest nuclear projects at Sizewell C! This pivotal role within the ESG team offers the opportunity to advance sustainability and compliance standards on a landmark infrastructure project.

As the Environment and Sustainability Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for implementing ESG compliance strategies that align with the project’s strategic and technical goals, ensuring adherence to legal, company, and regulatory standards. You will drive continuous improvement by conducting internal audits and using data-driven insights to guide sustainability decisions, promoting best practices and collaboration across the programme.

You will also promote ESG engagement by contributing to recognition and incentive schemes, leading initiatives, and supporting the development of an ESG culture within CWA. Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders is key, as is collaborating with the ESG Leadership Team to deliver training and competence plans.

This role offers a unique chance to contribute to one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure projects, working in a supportive, dynamic environment that values innovation, safety, and sustainability at every stage—from investment to construction and beyond.
