About the Role
Are you ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to meaningful environmental work? Join Tetra Tech’s NALO (Noise, Air Quality, Lighting and Odour) team of over 30 multidisciplinary environmental consultants. You will undertake surveys, modelling, and assessments to evaluate air quality impacts from a range of developments including housing, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The role involves using innovative computer-based modelling techniques to predict air quality and odour effects, protecting residents and sensitive ecological species from pollution. Projects vary from small-scale planning applications to major infrastructure schemes, with opportunities to act as expert witness at hearings and inquiries. This role includes producing air quality assessments, conducting environmental surveys (sometimes requiring overnight stays and occasional weekends), and contributing to project and line management. We are recruiting across various levels up to Principal, depending on experience, with responsibilities including quality assurance, mentoring, and professional development. Our team values collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to health and safety.
