About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Lead to drive forward sustainability commitments for a newly acquired customer. This pivotal role is embedded within the account, guiding our customer towards achieving ambitious sustainability goals across a diverse estate throughout England. You will play a key part in shaping and delivering sustainability milestones, ensuring that our commitments are met and exceeded.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, frameworks, and reporting processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to embed best practices, foster engagement, and deliver measurable environmental outcomes. This position requires a proactive approach to managing sustainability initiatives, building strong relationships, and ensuring compliance with agreed objectives and targets.

Experience
- Strong sustainability background with experience in social value desirable
- Proven client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management skills

About you
- Proactive and able to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, ISS teams, and key stakeholders
- Skilled in designing and overseeing reporting and assurance processes for sustainability performance
- Able to support development and delivery of sustainability-related training materials, eLearning, and webinars
- Comfortable establishing governance frameworks and engaging senior stakeholders to keep sustainability plans relevant and updated
- Capable of recruiting and onboarding additional roles required for successful sustainability delivery
- Enthusiastic about embedding a digital approach to CSR and sustainability reporting across the portfolio

Qualifications
- Degree qualified in a relevant scientific, engineering, or energy/environmental discipline
- UK driving licence required (regional travel around London and Milton Keynes)
