Experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with relevant experience
- Strong experience in financial reporting, forecasting and controls
- Ability to interpret financial data and support commercial decision-making
- Experience with finance systems, data accuracy and governance
- Knowledge of tax compliance (desirable)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
