We are recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for our development in Slough - Horlicks Quarter, New Build Homes.

Requirements

Experience
Demonstrable experience within residential construction or property development environments.
Proven ability to manage packages, phases or blocks on fast-paced or complex developments.
Hands-on experience overseeing internal works from second fix through to completion and handover.

About you
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and motivate site teams and subcontractors.
Well-organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and programme pressures effectively.
Collaborative approach, with experience working cross-functionally alongside technical, health & safety, commercial and wider site teams.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction or site management are desirable but not explicitly stated.
