About the Role
Valoris Group is recruiting a Gardener for a client in London. This temp-to-perm position focuses on external garden maintenance and trimming, with no landscaping work required. The role offers long-term stability and year-round employment. During the off-season, candidates with additional skills such as handyman work, basic repairs, or general maintenance may be offered alternative work. Key responsibilities include carrying out trimming, pruning, and general external garden maintenance, maintaining hedges, shrubs, and outdoor spaces to a high standard, operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment safely, working independently while managing daily schedules efficiently, and ensuring all work areas are left clean and tidy.

Experience
Proven experience in gardening or grounds maintenance is essential. Skilled in external trimming and general garden upkeep. Ability to operate garden tools and machinery safely and effectively.

About you
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Additional trade or maintenance skills are highly desirable for off-season work. Full UK driving licence preferred. Own tools are required.
