About the Role

As a Gardener/Maintenance Support, you will be responsible for the upkeep and care of the home’s gardens, maintaining lawns, flowerbeds, borders, hedges, weeding and pruning shrubs and small trees. You will advise the Home Manager on potential gardening issues and assist in planning areas that require improvement. Occasionally, you will support the Maintenance team with ad hoc duties around the home. Your role is crucial in ensuring our accommodation meets Bupa’s cultural and brand values, helping us make health happen.

Experience
A passion for gardening and pride in your work is essential. Experience in garden maintenance is beneficial but not mandatory.
About you
You will enjoy maintaining and developing the home’s gardens to create a pleasant and relaxing environment for residents. You should be reliable, motivated and willing to assist with occasional maintenance duties around the home.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
