As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will assist Site Engineers with setting out and engineering control on site. Your responsibilities will include participating in creating a safe working environment, assisting in site engineering control and setting out activities, completing diary sheets with photographic evidence, assisting in material reconciliations, ensuring surveying equipment calibration, carrying out as-built surveys, supporting 2D & 3D site sketches production, maintaining quality records in line with Inspection & Test Plans, assisting in basic planning and programming, controlling and minimising waste on site, identifying and introducing new processes and innovations, and ensuring company property is securely stored.

This role is available for a September 2026 start, with the possibility of an earlier start date to suit both you and the business. You will be expected to work in and around the advertised locations, with potential travel to other projects and locations in the future, which may include overnight stays away from home.

Requirements

Experience
Applications are invited from graduates passionate about the industry, who have achieved or are on track to achieve a Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline prior to September 2026.

Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence is essential (or currently learning, with expectation to obtain a full licence by 7th September 2026).
