As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will assist Site Engineers with setting out and engineering control on site. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in creating a knowingly safe working environment
- Assisting in site engineering control and setting out activities, providing information to operatives and subcontractors
- Completing diary sheets and photographic evidence as required
- Assisting in material reconciliations
- Ensuring all surveying equipment is calibrated
- Carrying out as-built surveys on completed works and drawings
- Supporting the production of 2D & 3D site sketches
- Maintaining quality records and ensuring all works comply with Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
- Assisting in basic planning, monitoring and programming
- Controlling and minimising waste on site
- Identifying and assisting in introducing new processes, techniques and innovations on site
- Ensuring company property under your control is cared for and stored securely when not in use
This role is available for a September 2026 start, with the possibility of an earlier start date to suit you and the business. You will be expected to work in and around the advertised locations, with potential travel to other projects and locations in the future, which may include staying away from home.

Experience

Qualifications
- Achieved or on track to achieve a Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline prior to September 2026
- Full UK driving licence (or currently learning, with expectation to obtain by 7th September 2026)
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction
